North Texas Interscholastic Organization Is About to Disband; 11/16/1909

The North Texas Interscholastic League is about to disband.  Terrill's Training School of Dallas has withdrawn, leaving only Holy Trinity, Dallas High School, Wesley College, Speers' and Carlisle Military Academy to play out the schedule.

In view of the withdrawal of Terrill, the other schools have agreed to close the season Saturday, when Holy Trinity and Dallas High School will contest for the championship.

Holy Trinity and Dallas both have clean records for the year, each having won three games and lost none in the league schedule.  The winner of Saturday's game, therefore, will be the league champion.

Carlisle Military Academy and Wesley College are tied for last place, neither having won a game.  When these two elevens met yesterday, they played to a tie.
