Jose Trevino (Corpus Christi John Paul II), who was placed on 10-day injured list on July 1 with a right forearm contusion, is on a rehab assignment with Frisco (AA).

Josh Bell (Dallas Jesuit) hit his 14th homer of the year - a solo shot pinch-hitting in the eighth inning - to add an insurance run in Washington's 6-3 home win over Miami.

Ke'Bryan Hayes (Tomball Concordia Lutheran) went for 2-for-5 and drove in a run with three strikeouts in the Pirates' 11-6 road loss to Arizona.
