Kyle Muller (Dallas Jesuit) got his first big league win in impressive fashion as he struck out nine Reds in five innings of work while only allowing a hit and two walks in Atlanta's 4-0 win over Cincinnati.
AJ Minter (Bullard Brook Hill) was one of five Braves pitchers that followed Muller in the shoutout road win over Cincinnati. Minter faced two batters, allowing one on base with a walk.
Ke'Bryan Hayes (Tomball Concordia Lutheran) went 2-for-5, scored and drove in a run in the Pirates' 7-2 road win over the St. Louis Cardinals.
Cavan Biggio (Houston St. Thomas) went 2-for-3 and drove in three runs, including two from a two-out double, in the Blue Jays' 5-2 home win over the Orioles.
