SAN ANTONIO, March 3 (Spl). -- St. Thoams of Houston defeated the Laneri Micks from Fort Worth, 44-37, in the Texas Catholic Interscholastic League cage tournament here Friday.
It was the Mick's first appearance in the meet. Laneri will play Corpus Christi at 9:50 a.m. Saturday.
Amarillo's Price Memorial defeated Catholic High of Texarkana, 45-21, and El Paso Cathedral trounced Corpus Christi Academy, 75-36, in other games Friday.
