The Central Catholic Chargers depart Abilene Thursday at 9 a.m. for San Antonio and Texas Catholic Interscholastic League State Basketball Tournament.
The three-day tourney which starts Friday will be held in the St. Mary's University Gymnasium.
Coach Wiley Wise indicated that his team will be housed at the Central Expressway Rodeway Inn during their stay in San Antonio.
Wise announced his traveling squad Wednesday.
Fourteen boys including managers will make the trip.
The traveling squad is composed of Steve Ogden, Bobby Taylor, Pat Clinch, Wendell Northcutt, John Packard, Ruben Garcia, Bobby Walker, Paul Klingler, Mike Morse, Micky Light, Chuck Hogan and Harold Woods.
Joe Weber is team statistician and Steve Scannell is team manager.
Wise and assistant coach Durwood Coalson will accompany the Chargers.
