KERRVILLE, Sept. 11 (SNS) - Schreiner Institute's high school football team will play a seven-game schedule this season, Athletic Director Ted Carley has announced.
A member of the Southwest Academic League, the Schreiner team has as its fwllow members St. Gerard's, Peacock Military Academy, and St. Louis High School of Castroville.
Schreiner's prep school will open its season by going to Johnson City Sept. 25. Oct. 1, Schreiner travels to San Marcos Baptist Academy to play. Remainder of the schedule includes Oct. 9, St. Gerard's here; Oct. 15, St. Louis at Castroville; Oct. 23, Peacock Military Academy here; Oct. 30, Texas Military Institute in San Antonio, and Nov. 6, St. Edward's here.
