The St. Mary's Indians bowed out of the state TCIL baseball race Sunday when they dropped a 6-4 decision to the St. Anthony Jackets in a game played at Pat's Park.
The Indianas had won the first of the scheduled two game with the Jackets, 5-3, in a contest played her on April 17, but the two teams were thrown into a tie when the Jackets won 7-4 in a game played Thursday afternoon in San Antonio, making the third and decisive game necessary.
The Jackets now will enter the state TCIL play-offs in San Antonio on Thursday through Saturday of this week as the representatives of district 4-AA.
